Factions has no skill quests, but in exchange, you can buy pretty much every skill at every skill trainer once you arrive at the mainland.

Annoyingly, you must buy most of your skills in Cantha.

As soon as you come to Kaineng Center (on the mainland) you can buy all Factions skills, the skill trainer there has a few you can't get in Shing Jea or Seitung.

there are very few skills quests in cantha, but you do get given a lot of skill points, xp and gold, so it's easier to buy them.

I prefer not to pay ... cos not like it comes any cheaper, like every skill u buy it's like +10g or somethink like that and also u don't have that much skill points to use after you hit lvl 20 ... think they should allow refunding skills or maybe make a new Npc that offers quest for skills as reward only ... rather then having skill trainers
